I offer Nutrition and Health workshops that are educational, upbeat, and inclusive. From sports teams, to corporate businesses, we will work together to carefully craft a tailored workshop for your specific needs.

Whether you are considering moving into the Build membership, the Accelerate program, or having a top-up session, we will collaborate to elicit your intrinsic motivation and create a personalised plan that is realistic for your life.

I value leading your journey with education, awareness, and encouragement. The aim is to establish and solidify your toolbox, which will result in long-term change, personal balance, optimal performance, and empowerment.

Build membership

  • Build has been designed for the active individual who is ready to gain insight into sustainably fuelling their body for desired performance and well-being goals.

    You may relate to some/all of the following:

    • Training between 2–6 days a week

    • Desiring ideas and direction to support your performance goals + outcomes

    • Struggling to see the result you want

    • Confused about what and how to eat to support your training, or need guidance to fine tune

    • Have brewing questions that need answered

    • Know that nutrition + mindset shifts are required for optimal performance

    • Wishing to concentrate on making long-term dietary changes to aid in energy, mood, health, and injury prevention

    If you can relate to a few or all of the above, then it is time to build some great foundations to support you!

    We can collaborate to put together the perfect duration to suit your needs and wants.

    • Initial consult (60-90mins)

    • Follow-up educational coaching sessions (60 mins)

    • Detailed resources, recipes, and goal + intention outline to support your individualised journey

    • Mon-Friday App access to me for ongoing support, daily check-ins, and ability to fine tune at an expansive rate

    • Weekly check-ins

    • Private Facebook page access

  • Because there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution, the duration of the package will be tailored to you, your desired outcomes, and your current situation.

    Build can range between 6–12 weeks.

    • For those who have been in the build membership and want to continue their growth and maintain levels of support.

    • All past BBN clients are more than welcome to book in for a top-up/once off session.

  • These sessions are perfect for you if you would like to:

    • Re-establish goals aligned with your current goals, values, and circumstances.

    • Have a sporting event coming up and would like to discuss a plan of action to ensure you optimise your performance outcomes

      *Specific nutritional plans to support your event will hold additional value

    • Would like to refresh your memory on some core fundamental principles to support your journey

      If you relate to any of the above, together, we can put together a plan to help adjust your nutritional behaviours and daily activities to support your goals.
